Sculpture Gallery

The outdoor sculptures make up a smaller portion of UW-Eau Claire’s Permanent Art Collection but still manage to add a significant amount of impact to the campus. Spread throughout lower and upper campus, the sculptures add intrigue and appeal to an already beautiful campus.  

The collection of outdoor sculptures within the Permanent Art Collection started in 1965 with the purchase of Daedalus by James La Malfa, a former UW-Eau Claire art instructor.
